Refined-Sodium

1. Refined Sodium Bicarbonate Plant Expansion Project – 14 KtpA

2. Dense Ash Plant Expansion Project -84KtpA

In this project, 13 sets of buried scraper conveyors, 4 sets of screw conveyor, 3 sets of bucket elevator and 4 sets of rotary feeder were supplied by PK Machinery for processing light soda ash and dense soda ash. The length of two of these buried scraper conveyors are up to 80M, and the inclination angle of two of these buried scraper conveyors are 60°.

Grinding Production Line

Following is the detailed technical parameters and specification models of the equipment:

Sidewall belt conveyor(1 set): B=1200mm, V=1.6m/s, Q=250t/h, inclined angle is about 55°, it is used for conveying bituminous coal, the density and gradual size of which are respectively 0.9t/m3 and 0-400mm.

Belt conveyor for finished coal(2 sets): B=1000mm, V=1.25m/s, Q=250t/h, L=141m, and the resistant temperature of the belt is up to 100°.It has the dust-proof performance with the sealed cover. And the control box is also equipped. The density of the material conveyed is 0.8-1.0t/m3.
Belt conveyor for coal ash (1set): model B=1000mm, V=1.25m/s, Q=250t/h, L=370m,and the resistant temperature of the belt is up to 180°.It has the dust-proof and water-proof performance with the sealed cover. And the control box is also equipped. The density of the material conveyed is 0.8-1.0 t/m3.

Plate chain bucket elevator for raw material (1set): model TB500-23m, conveying capacity 100t/h, the lifting height is 23m, the speed detecting device and control box are equipped.

Plate chain bucket elevator for finished coal (1 set): model TB500-25.5m, conveying capacity 100t/h, the lifting height is 25.5m, the control box is equipped.

Rotary Vibrating Screen

Following is the detailed technical parameters and specification models of the equipment:

Each set of vibrating screen had 3 layers, which can separate 4 kinds range granule materials. The customer needed to separate raw material into 12 kinds of materials, so we designed a screen tower to install these vibrating screens, which made up of a screening production line to achieve the customer’s requirements.

Dry Sand Screening System

It is mainly dealing with building brick and curbstone production line, these machines were used for screening and conveying 8-10t/h dry sand with density of 1.4 t/m3, the working principle is as follows:

The dry sand will be transported to silo by forklift, and then the materials will be fed uniformly to 14m belt conveyor through a vibrating feeder. After that, the belt conveyor will convey the dry sand to drum screen with 1200mm diameter. The dry sand will be delivered to next production stage by forklift after the screening process.
