Wide Application Belt Type Minerial Powder Silo Bucket Elevator is a silo elevator, especially suitable for lifting small, loose density of less than 1 t/m3 materials. In order to adapt to the transportation of various materials, two kinds of hoppers are specially configured.

When the steel hopper is used, its conveying capacity can reach 800 t/h, and the allowable wheelbase H=58.2m; When the plastic hopper is used, its conveying capacity can reach 600 t/h, and the allowable wheelbase of Wide Application Belt Type Minerial Powder Silo Bucket ElevatorH=63m.

TZD bucket elevator is specially designed for the needs of ports and large and medium-sized grain depots. This series of bucket elevator uses double channel shell, fast speed, high lifting height, large conveying capacity and smooth operation. There are nine types of bucket conveyors in this series, the belt width can reach 1200mm, the large conveying capacity can reach 800T/H, the large lifting height can reach 65m, and the belt speed can reach 3.94m/s. 

This series bucket elevator is designed with expansion section and deflection adjustment section, the drive device and the main engine adopt floating connection, which has a unique feature in solving the tail synchronous tensioning and preventing the tape from running off. TZD series bulk grain bucket elevator safety protection device is generally equipped with backstop, speed sensor, blocking detector and tape deviation sensor, etc. When the driving power is greater than 15KW, the hydraulic coupling can be configured according to user requirements.
