TB bucket elevator is a plate chain type, gravity induced discharge elevator equipment. The machine adopts inflow feeding, the material flows into the hopper and is lifted to the top by the plate chain, and the material is discharged by itself under the action of gravity.
The chain adopts a high strength plate chain of high quality alloy steel, reliable wear resistance, and the driving part is a reducer with hard teeth。
Hopper scoops up materials from the stone bucket below, then is lifted to the top with the conveyor belt or chain, and next it is downward rolled over bypass the wheel on the top and the materials are dumped into the accept slot now by bucket chain or hoist conveyor, and the whole process is over. The driving band of bucket elevator with driver is commonly made of rubber, and it is installed below or above the drive roller and the divert roller. The chain-drive bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chains, above or below which is a drive sprocket and a divert sprocket. Continuous chain or belt bucket elevator for cement is generally equipped with chassis to prevent the dust flying into the bucket elevator.

1. Abnormal sound is issued in the elevator, generally caused by the chain bucket loosening skew hanging shell, tightening failure, chain disconnection from the lower sprocket, bucket bottom shaving and other reasons, should be tightened to correct the chain bucket, adjust the tightening device or even cut the chain. At the same time, check whether there are clumps or foreign bodies in the shell, if so, it must be removed.
2. When the running current is found to be unstable or high, check whether the vibration of the equipment is too large, beyond the support range, find out the cause of the vibration, and deal with it; Check whether the incoming material is stable. If it is not stable, find out the reason and handle it. Check whether there is hanging bucket, chain and sprocket bite do not match phenomenon, if so, need to be corrected, adjust the chain and sprocket match, check the synchronous adjustment sprocket bearing of the lower sprocket is damaged and stuck, if there is a need to flexibility the bearing.
3. The sprocket meshing with the chain is unstable, generally caused by the sprocket or chain wear, synchronous sprocket failure, at this time must deal with the synchronous sprocket to remain effective, if necessary to replace the sprocket and chain have been worn. The speed of the chain of the plate chain elevator is different: generally, when the dry powder and particle are lifted, the speed is about 1~2m/s; When lifting bulk materials, the speed is 0.4~0.6m/s; When lifting wet powder and granules, the speed is 0.6~0.8m/s.
