Trough screw conveyor, also known as screw feeder, is mainly used in conveying powder and granular materials between incline, can be made according to user requirements of different diameters, different lengths, different incline, and can be equipped with speed regulating motor, has been continuously adjusted speed, to achieve the purpose of quantitative feeding.

Trough screw conveyor is composed of feed mouth, blade, bearing and motor. Trough screw conveyor is the use of rotating propeller to transport materials along the fixed housing and transport work, the head and tail bearings are moved to the outer shell, the trough screw conveyor hanging bearing adopts sliding bearing, equipped with dustproof sealing device, the trough screw conveyor bearing is generally used powder metallurgy, the conveying cement is used felt bearing. The lifting shaft and spiral shaft are connected by sliding block.
