Working Principle

● The vibration force of tumbler vibrating sieve generated by the drive device is an inertial force that changes in a certain pattern.

● The screening motion is a reciprocating inertial force generated by the rotation of the eccentric wheel driven by the motor around a fixed axis. The screen surface is generally horizontal or slightly inclined.

● After gyratory tumbler vibrating screen is started to work, the screen body reciprocates back and forth under the action of inertial force, so that the materials on the screen surface follow the screen box and performs a rotary motion on the plane to complete the screening work, the basic rotary motion is very similar to manual screening.
