The working principle of the belt bucket elevator is to load the material onto the belt conveyor through the hopper, and then lift the material to the required position through the lifting mechanism. The belt conveyor smoothly transmits the material from bottom to top through the movement of the conveyor belt to the lifting mechanism and is lifted to the required height, and finally the material is unloaded through the discharge port. The workflow of the entire belt bucket elevator is as follows:
1. Load material into hopper.
2. The hopper smoothly slides the material onto the conveyor belt.
3. The conveyor belt transfers the material from the bottom up to the lifting mechanism.
4. The lifting mechanism lifts the material to the required position.
5. The material is unloaded from the discharge port.
● Without impact caused due to traction member.
● Safe belt-joining by clamping in a cast compound box.
● Greater conveying speed due to smooth transmission.
● Return idle drum is squirrel cage to prevent belt damage from material falling between the belt and drum.
● The belt allows you to optimize the bucket spacing to achieve the required capacity without changing the speed or the bucket.
● With an integrated return stop system, an electronic speed detector and electronic off-track detector for the belt to keep safety.
● Ranges from low to high conveying capacities, can be up to 1740 m3/h.
● Adopt specialized bucket elevator belt
The proper configuration of the swing vibrating screen depends on following information:
● Material to be lifted: _____
● Bulk Density: _____t/m3
● Feeding capacity: _____t/h
● Elevator Lifting height _______m
● Average size of feeding material:____mm
● Max. size of feeding material: ____mm
● Working power supply: _____V ______HZ
