Main structure of the drum screen is the sieving cylinder, which is composed of a plurality of circular shaped screen, the whole body is in an inclined state, external part is sealed by isolation cover to prevent environment pollution.
In addition,a comb shaped cleaning mechanism is available for drum sieve, relative motion is generated by comb shaped cleaning mechanism and sieving cylinder in the process of screening,which can achieve continuous cleaning effect to the sieve body, hence ensure screening tube in a clean,non-sticky,non-blockage status during whole process and not affect the screening effect
The drum is mounted on the frame at an angle. The motor is connected with the drum device by the reducer through a coupling, and the drum device is driven to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned over and rolled, so that the qualified material (under the screen product) is discharged through the bottom of the drum at the back end of the discharge port, and the unqualified material (on the screen product) is discharged through the discharge port at the tail of the drum. Due to the material turning and rolling in the drum, the material stuck in the screen can be ejected to prevent the screen plugging.
