The working principle of the Sand Washing Production Line Dewatering Vibrating Screen mainly relies on the dual motor self synchronization technology, which is achieved through a universal eccentric block and an adjustable amplitude vibrator. This Sand Washing Production Line Dewatering Vibrating Screenmainly consists of a screen box, an exciter, a support system, and a motor.
During the working process, two unrelated vibrators operate synchronously in reverse. The centrifugal force generated by two sets of eccentric masses is superimposed along the vibration direction, while the reverse centrifugal force cancels out each other, forming a single excitation vibration along the vibration direction. This kind of vibration causes the screen box to move in a reciprocating straight line, thereby achieving the dehydration, desliming, and media removal processes of the materials
Dewatering screens have a wide variety of application including dewatering, desliming, degritting, rinsing, scrubbing and washing. It is made up of screen cloth, vibration exciter, supporting system and motor. Materials such as sand, gravel, crushed aggregates, frac sand, industrial sands, mineral sands, hard rock, precious metals, coal, iron ore, salt and other granular materials which can be processed by dewatering screens.
