Overview

Gyratory screen is designed to provide precise and accurate sieving,classifying and filtrating material according to the particle size. It adopts eccentric mechanism which drives the material on the screen surface do uniform gyratory reciprocating swing motion,which make the material fully contacts with the sieve, thus it enhances the screening efficiency without deteriorating the quality of the material. Gyratory screen can meet various sieving solution and allow separations with openings from 12mm to 325mm.

Working Principle

Materials are spread and stratified on the full screen surface, a combination of actions takes place where the screening begins with a horizontal circular motion at feed end, then it gradually changes to an elliptical motion at the centre which is good for material sieving, a straight-line motion at the discharge end, the material movement track becomes short and then materials flow out of the outlet.
