Conveyor tripper is mainly composed of tripper frame, pulley group, roller group, driving unit, traveling wheel and hopper etc.Conveyor tripper can unload the material from TD75 or DTII type belt conveyor to an arbitrary point and stack or distribute the material with maximum utilization of working field.
The advantages of conveyor tripper are: compact and reasonable structure, reliable operation, long service life, convenient maintenance, low maintenance cost, it is widely used in mines, electric power, metallurgy, coal, port, building materials and other industries.
Belt conveyor tripper is connected in series with belt conveyor, material along with the tripper angle can be enhanced to a certain height according to the different material repose angle, and then the material can achieve unilateral, bilateral or intermediate material discharging through a tee joint,material flow direction and flow amount can be controlled through various gate valve.Belt moving direction can be changed through the bend pulley at the two ends,driving the material back to the front part.

1. For materials with too much dust, the groove sealing device can be installed.
