TB plate chain bucket elevator utilizes plate sleeve roller chain as traction component, the buckets are fixed on the chain plate and arranged continuously, it is loaded with inflow type and unloaded with low speed and heavy load.
TB type bucket lifting machine is suitable for conveying medium ,massive, fragile,grinding material with density less than 2t/m3 , the material temperature is not allowed to exceed 250℃, such as coal, ore, gravel, coke and so on.

The installation of the plate chain bucket elevator shall be carried out in the following order: Install the foundation bolts on the foundation according to the drawing, and after fastening the lower section on the foundation, install the middle housing one by one on the lower section (pay attention to the installation position of the middle housing of the door).
After the middle housing is installed, the upper section and the head cover are installed, and then the transmission platform is installed. Install the reducer motor, drive sprocket and drive chain on the transmission platform.
