Ring chain bucket lifting machine is a kind of passive handling device which adopts ring chain transmission mode. It is mainly composed of rotating drum, drag plate, bucket, pendulum rod and ring chain. The ring chain is driven by the rotating drum and the drag plate, and the bucket is mounted on both sides of the chain plate. When the chain is running, the bucket moves up and down to achieve the lifting of the item.
It is widely used for bulk material which density less than 1.5t/m3,such as Coal, cement, sand, fertilizer, food, etc.
The working principle of the ring chain bucket elevator is to drive the reducer through the motor, so that the crane main beam runs along the traction chain. On the main beam of the crane, a transmission mechanism and a lifting device are installed. The transmission mechanism uses the power of the ring chain to move the lifting device up and down along the straight line, so that the bucket loading material is completed
