Scraper conveyor is mainly composed of closed section shell (groove), scraper chain, driving device, tensioning device and safety protection device. 1. Scraper chain: Forged links, alloy steel.
2. Head section: The head wheel is made of wheel hubs and tooth blade, tooth blade with strict heat treatment。
3. Middle section: The rectangular closed case, with upper and lower wear guide, materials:65Mn. Set wear resistant plates on both side plates.
4. Tail section: With a tension device.It can adjust the length of scraper chains.
