TDG efficient bucket elevator utilizes EP conveyor belt and wire rope belt as traction, loading by digging type and unloading by centrifugal and hybrid method. Common rubber belt can withstand 80℃ material temperature,while heat-resistant rubber belt can bear 120℃. Compared with TD bucket elevator,the lifting height and capacity are significantly improved, this series bucket elevator has various specifications (TDG160~TDG1600).
THG type bucket elevator adopts high strength link chain as traction, loading by digging type and unloading by gravity and hybrid method.The materials can be conveyed at a max.temperature of 250℃, compared with TH bucket elevator, the lifting height and capacity are significantly improved, this series bucket elevator has various specifications (THG160~THG1600).

The hopper scoops up the material from the storage below, lifts it to the top with the conveyor belt or chain, and turns it downward after winding around the top wheel, and the bucket elevator dumps the material into the receiving chute.
Belt-driven bucket elevator drive belt is generally used rubber belt, mounted on the lower or upper drive roller and the upper and lower redirection roller. Chain-driven bucket elevators are generally equipped with two parallel drive chains, with a pair of drive sprockets on the top or bottom and a pair of redirecting sprockets on the bottom or top.
Bucket elevators are generally equipped with a housing to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevator.
