1. The reason for the occurrence of wear phenomenon
Through on-site inspection, it can be found that the design gap between the drum bracket and the drum is too small, and at the same time, the longitudinal distance of the reserved holes in the civil engineering foundation is smaller than the distance between the drum bracket. During the operation of the belt, the accumulation of debris on the return journey is not cleaned up, causing friction to the adhesive layer. However, for design factors, the main reason for the wear of the drum lining is due to the small distance between the drum bracket and the drum, and the longitudinal distance of the foundation reserved hole is smaller than the distance between the drum bracket, which makes it difficult to handle accumulated materials in a timely manner. In addition to being influenced by the design technology of the lining rubber, on-site environmental factors are the secondary cause of local damage to the lining rubber equipment.
2. Rectification measures
During the design process, the drum bracket is longitudinally extended and connected to the belt conveyor bracket to increase its stability. At the same time, timely adjustments should be made to the first and second processes of the belt head drum to ensure it is in the best working condition. After the feeding is completed, clean the conveyor belt in a timely manner to ensure the gap between the drum and the foundation.
