Vibrating feeder is a kind of equipment widely used in industrial production, which uses the principle of vibration to send materials from the bin or storage equipment into the next process uniformly and continuously. This machine has simple structure, stable operation, adjustable vibration frequency and amplitude to adapt to different materials and process requirements
During operation, the rotating motion of the motor is transformed into horizontal, vertical or inclined vibration, which transmits the vibration force to the material in the feed tank.
The exciting force makes the material produce continuous jumping motion, so as to realize the material conveying in the feed tank.
After the material enters the feed tank, it is subjected to the action of vibration force, and the material moves in a continuous and rhythmic manner.
At this time, the bottom of the feed groove is provided with an appropriate discharge port, and the flow rate and speed of the material can be controlled by adjusting the opening size of the discharge port.
