THG double channel link chain Bucket Elevator is the upgraded from TH bucket elevator. High efficient bucket elevator consists of sprocket/drum, chain/belt, driven device, head section, middle casing and tail section etc. High Efficient Bucket Elevator can be widely used in several industries such as mining, mineral, chemical, agriculture, power, food and other industries etc.
The bucket is filled up with material and conveyed to the head terminal. Under the centrifugal force of the parabolic design, the materials will be thrown from the bucket into the discharge chute.
Driving device which adopts vertical shaft gearbox drives the pulleys to operate the motion of conveying buckets in circular. After discharging materials into the discharge chute, empty buckets driven back to the bottom and repeat the process.

Head material return is serious: first, the hopper design is unreasonable, the material can not be unloaded; Second, the bucket speed is low; Third, the head unloading height is not enough; Fourth, the gap between the lip plate and the lip of the hopper is too large.
Head shaft fracture: First, the strength of the head shaft is not enough, which is mainly not heat treatment or heat treatment temperature is not enough; Second, the material selection of the head shaft is unreasonable; Third, the design structure of the head shaft is unreasonable, and there may be excessive step to produce stress concentration; Fourth, long-term overload operation, resulting in fatigue fracture.
Drop bucket: First, the strength of the hopper bolt is not enough, long-term operation is cut; Second, the hopper bolt is loose, easy to fatigue fracture; Third, there is a clamping phenomenon in the operation of the hopper; Fourth, the hopper bolt and nut are not welded tightly after fastening, resulting in loosening and falling off.
Hopper wear serious: first, the material polishing is strong, hopper lip material is not wear-resistant; Second, the size of the material is large, and it is difficult to cut the material in the hopper; Third, the hopper running speed is too high; Fourth, there is the phenomenon of card collision in the operation of the hopper.
The tail material accumulation is serious: first, the hopper lifting machine incoming material is not uniform, resulting in stuffy car; Second, the lifting capacity of the bucket can not meet the needs; Third, too much material is returned.
Bucket lifting machine vibration and noise is larger: first, bucket lifting machine perpendicularity is abnormal, the head and tail wheel is not in the center; Second, there is a clamping phenomenon in the operation of the hopper; Third, the hopper is skewed and the tail shaft is not level, resulting in side force; Fourth, the chain deformation, resulting in mid-swing.
