TH link chain bucket elevator utilizes high strength ring chain made of superior alloy steel as its traction component,after carburizing and quenching treatment,the link chain has the advantages of high tensile strength and wear resistance.
This kind of bucket elevator is widely applied for powder, granular and small block material with high grinding property, such as grain, coal, cement, crushing ore etc. Highest lifting height reaches up to 40m,the max. Material temperature can reach 250 ℃.

1. If off-tracking chain of ring chain bucket elevator is not handled in time, it will cause the problem of broken chain. Because the length of the replaced two hanging chains is not equal, off-tracking chain problem occurs, so when the chain needs to be replaced when it is seriously worn, it must be replaced in pairs to ensure that the length of the two rows of chains is equal.
2. Check the sprocket occlusion and sprocket surface wear, if any serious problems, please adjust and replace in time.
3. In order to prevent the off-tracking chain, lubrication is also very important to reduce the friction of the chain.
4. Check whether the tension device of the ring chain bucket elevator needs to be adjusted to ensure that the tightness of the chain is appropriate during operation.
