YBS series tumbler screen machine is an efficient sieving equipment which is designed to meet large out put and high-density sieving requirements.
It is the most effective simulation of artificial sieving movement for the processing of all the fine and ultra-fine powder and special materials, particularly suitable for materials which are difficult to classify, it's sieving precision, efficiency and service life is 5-10 times than the ordinary vibrating sieve.
The basic motion of Food Industry Starch Round Gyratory Vibrating Screen is similar to manual screening. The eccentricity is adjustable from 25 to 40mm, and the low-speed V-belt drive is adjustable from 120 to 360rpm. The residence time of each product can be adjusted by the radial and cutting Angle of the swinging screen towards the driving axis. Therefore, the horizontal and throw three-dimensional tumbling motion is established.
The material is evenly dispersed throughout the screen surface from the center to the outer edge, thus propagating axially in a spiral motion. Small particles thus complete the whole screening process.
The horizontal and vertical accelerations increase with the movement of the particles, and the particles close to the size of the sieve are successfully separated. Larger pellets are transported to the outlet where the flow is controlled by an adjustable guide that is another factor controlling the residence time of the material. This process is repeated between each screen layer
