Flexible Arrangement Maize Scraper Conveyor is mainly used in the food sector to transport food, such as soybeans, wheat, rice, flour and so on. It can also be used to transport other dust, small particles and small blocks and other small density materials.
High running speed, small volume, it can achieve multi-point feeding and unloading, and can be inclined at 15° are the main characteristics of grain special buried scraper conveyor.
Because of the excellent conveying ability of grain, the scraper chain running speed of grain special buried scraper conveyor can be greatly improved on the basis of ordinary models. The maximum high chain speed of the ordinary model is 0.32m/s, and the maximum high chain speed of the grain special model can reach 1.05m/s. When the chain running speed is greater than 0.5m/s, the upper and lower guide rails are made of wear-resistant plastics, which can not only improve the service life, but also reduce the operating noise of the equipment. In addition, compared with ordinary models, the shell thickness of the grain special model is relatively small, which can reduce the weight of the whole machine and save equipment investment.
The design calculation of grain special buried scraper conveyor is the same as that of ordinary buried scraper conveyor.
