TH type chain bucket elevator is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small lumpy non-abrasive and small abrasive materials.
TH type bucket elevator is a kind of circular chain bucket elevator adopts mixing or gravity discharging, digging type loading. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular, small lumpy materials with low abrasiveness whose bulk density is less than 1.5t/m3, which are easy to take out.
1.Traction parts are low alloy high-strength circular chain, which has high tensile strength and wear resistance after appropriate heat treatment, and long service life.
2.TH type bucket elevator adopts assembled chain wheel. There are wheel body and wheel rim connected by high-strength bolts. After the sprocket is worn to a certain degree, the bolts can be unscrewed and the rim can be dismantled and replaced, which is convenient for replacement and saves material removal and reduces the maintenance cost;
3.The lower part adopts the heavy hammer lever type tensioning device, which can realize automatic tensioning. Once installed without adjustment, and can maintain a constant tension, thus ensuring the normal operation of the machine, avoiding slippage or de-chaining;
4.The lifting height runs smoothly and reliably, with low noise and easy maintenance.
5.The lifting and conveying capacity of the improved model is more than 30% higher than that of the common model.
6.The elevator ring chain is forged with low alloy steel and treated with carburizing and quenching, which has extremely high tensile strength and wear-resistant performance.
