Students from Universiti Malaysia Sabah came to PK for internship

On Friday, 21st March, Assoc. Prof Dr. Piakong Mohd Tuah together with a new batch of students from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) have visited PK Machinery. The students will stay and undergo a 6 month industrial training in PK, which is a main requirement for all undergraduate students to complete their degrees.  

The objective of this Overseas Student’s International Program (OSIP) is to enable student to experience the actual working environment and acquire practical skills that will have an impact on their future careers. The industrial training programme is scheduled to commence on 24th March 2025 until 7th September 2025.

This is the first time in 9 years since the last OSIP (2016) with UMS, we believe this collaboration will further enhance the long and strong cooperation between Universiti Malaysia Sabah and PK Machinery, we also believe students will have a pleasant, fruitful and successful internship.
