TD belt type bucket elevator is composed of running part (hopper and belt), upper section with driving drum, lower section with a tension drum, intermediate casing, driving unit and backstop device.
TD belt bucket lifting machine is suitable for conveying powdery, granular,small block and material with non- grinding property and half-grinding property, such as coal, coke, cement, sand, crushed ore and so on.
The bucket is filled with material with either flow through or draw out method. The motor will pull the bucket up to the head section through the head drum. The material will be thrown out and discharged due to the centrifugal force,then goes back below to be filled with materials again.

This elevator is centrifugal or mixed discharge, pick type loading, suitable for conveying the density of accumulation is not more than 1.5 tons/m 3 powder, granular, small block of low grinding and dressing materials, the temperature of the material shall not exceed 60 degrees.
