Quartz Stone Sidewall Belt Conveyor was delivered to Colombia

Last week, a set of sidewall belt conveyor was finished production and loaded into a 20ft container, 

the destination port is Cartagena, Colombia.

This horizontal sidewall belt conveyor is designed to convey quartz stone with 16 tons capacity per hour. 

According to client’s requirement, PK Machinery engineer configured conveyor model B(1000)* 4(6+3), 

which is 1000mm wide and 8m long, rubber belt adopts EP200, S100-18.3 which is wear resistant in order to keep longer life span.

In addition, a spare belt, two sets of carrier roller and one set of return roller are also prepared as per specific order requirements.

Corrugate sidewall belt conveyors are the best solution for horizontal, sloping or vertical product transport. 

It adopts high quality conveyor belt with corrugated sidewall and horizontal baffle. It is widely applied in coal 

and wood-chip fired power stations, underground mining (coal and ore), steel industry, ship loading and unloading,
