The structure of a rotary vibrating screen usually includes an upright motor as the excitation source, with eccentric weights installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor. These eccentric weights transform the rotational motion of the motor into a three-dimensional motion of horizontal, vertical, and inclined, and then transmit it to the screen surface, causing the material to undergo outward expansion and involute motion on the screen surface. This movement and vibration cause the material to move at high speed on the sieve, thus completing the process of screening and grading.
