After the material enters the screen body through the feed port, it can be more evenly distributed on the screen surface of the plane rotary screen under the action of vibration force. Because the vibration direction of the screen is constantly changing, the movement path of the material on the screen surface also shows a variety of forms. At the feed end, the material shows a horizontal circular movement, and with the continuous progress of the material, the material gradually becomes an elliptical movement in the direction of length. At the discharge end, the movement path of the material becomes approximately reciprocating straight line movement.

When the screen is in operation, the cleaning device-( bouncing ball) on the screen will keep hitting the screen, which can effectively prevent the material from blocking the mesh and improve the efficiency. The movement path of the material on the screen surface is: the horizontal circular movement at the feed end, gradually becomes elliptical movement in the length direction, and becomes approximately reciprocating linear movement at the discharge port end.
