TB plate chain bucket elevator is specially designed for vertical displacement of abrasive rough materials. It adopts plate sleeve roller chain as traction component and usually be used to transport material with density not more than 2 t/m3 and temperature within 250℃.
TB bucket elevator could reach a capacity of 395m3/h with a vertical displacement of 5~50m.Vertical bucket elevator is highly resistant to wear and can be placed indoor as well as outdoor
The material is conveyed by the conveyor of the elevator at the lower inlet to the upper outlet, and then falls into the receiving hopper to complete the whole lifting process.
During this process, the plate chain hopper will convey the material upward or downward along the trajectory of the sprocket and chain. The drive unit controls the starting and stopping of the elevator through electromagnetic clutch, which facilitates the realization of fully automatic conveying.

TB efficient bucket elevator compared with ordinary elevator, has the following advantages:
1, small drive power, low energy consumption, energy saving. The energy consumption of lifting materials of the same height is about 1/3~1/2 of the chain chain elevator.
2, a wide range of lifting, not only can lift the general powder, granular and block materials, but also can lift abrasive materials.
3, the whole machine adopts the full sealing design, no dust pollution during operation.
4, the casing adopts the structure of compression rib, good rigidity, high precision and beautiful appearance.
