Preparation before the test run
(1) First check whether the installation is correct and whether all the fastening parts are loose.
I think this step is necessary, perhaps many users do not understand, but countless cases tell us that many accidents are caused by a certain part is not installed in place. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the operator, we must double check to ensure safety.
(2) Check whether the lubrication of the rotating friction parts is good, and it is strictly prohibited to run without lubrication.
The motor running without lubrication will cause the motor to heat up, and in serious cases it will even burn the motor, so be sure to check the lubrication of the rotating friction parts.
2. No-load experiment:
The new machine or the large Angle belt conveyor after overhaul should be carried out empty load test running test before being put into production and use, and the running time should not be less than 1 hour. In the experiment, the conveyor belt shall not slip, run off at both ends, run off in the middle or run off to one side after normal operation.
Three, high Angle belt conveyor full load experiment:
After the new machine or overhaul of the large Angle belt conveyor, after the no-load experiment operation meets the technical requirements, it should be carried out for 4 hours of full load operation experiment. There should be no malfunction during operation. Only then can it be delivered for acceptance.
