TD belt type bucket elevator is composed of running part (hopper and belt), upper section with driving drum, lower section with a tension drum, intermediate casing, driving unit and backstop device.
TD belt bucket lifting machine is suitable for conveying powdery, granular,small block and material with non- grinding property and half-grinding property, such as coal, coke, cement, sand, crushed ore and so on.
● Provided with specially designed mechanical belt joint for connecting the belt
● Liner plate is provided to prevent wear and abrasion performance as per requirement
● Can be integrated to a combined system with other machinery
● Almost all floury and small-sized bulk materials can be handled in belt bucket elevator
● Backstop is be provided to prevent buckets reversal when shut down in emergency
● Heat-resistant rubber belt is provided to withstand high temperature material up to 200 ℃
● The lifting height can reach a maximum figure of 40m to meet different demand
